The studio
The beach studio is a perfect getaway for one or two persons.
Newly renovated in 2020, the studio is modern and comfortable while having a cozy atmosphere.
Being virtually next door to the beach, we naturally call it the Beach hut!
The main features include:
- Private entrance and code lock
- Spacious, luxurious bathroom, and extra towels for the beach
- Fully equipped kitchen for the days you prefer to eat in
- Outside lounge area for reading, breakfast in the morning sun or why not an evening drink
- Comfortable double bed (140 cm)
- Workspace for your laptop or creative writing…
And more…
- Basic Kite surf start up lessons can be given. Please enquire.
- Fleece blankets for those chilly evenings
Anything else you need, just ask!
The breakfast
When you arrive we will provide you with a small basic breakfast fare on self-serve basis inside the studio. We provide the products (mainly locally produced) and you make breakfast at your have leisure. This is a basic fare for your first few days ond as every taste is different and you may want to go the local shop keeper and find your own favorite foods.
Right outside the studio you have your own personal lounge area. Depending on the season it is filled with flowers, butterflies, and… you might even see the local wild life.
The house
This is a traditional local Skåne cottage, originally built in 1928. In keeping with local tradition the doors and windows are painted with a local blue color ‘Skanör blue’.
The left of the two blue front doors is to the private studio.
Your hosts
We took over the property in June 2019 and spent the first year renovating the house and the guest studio. We love our amazing place and look forward to ensure every visitor has a lovely stay!

Activities
There are no lack of activities to work off any good food or drinks you may have enjoyed at one of all the superb, cafés, restaurants and bars in the area.
For example, two of the best golf courses in Sweden are literally just minutes away. For horse lovers, there are several providers of horseback riding as well as as the renowned “Falsterbo Horse Show” in July that draws international top competitors and is included in the world cup.
Another must are the water sports! If you haven’t tried Kite surfing yet, this is your chance! On the beach, right in front of the house, is the home of one of Skåne’s best kite schools. Or try SUP (Stand Up Paddle boarding), or even wave surfing is possible in the fall and early spring. Your hosts are eager kite boarders and will be happy to show you the basics before committing to a course. Another great pastime is biking, whether it be road biking or Mountain biking there are great paths for everyone. One and a half hour away is a superb MTB downhill course for the not so fainthearted.
Or just do a leisurely stroll on the beach, everything is right here, you will never be disappointed.
